Need a little motivation and support when it comes to the gym? Programming is a customized experience to help you meet your own personal goals. The first month includes a 15 minute call to help identify goals, experience and equipment you have access to. Each session will include movement that is specific to your physical capacity. Throughout the month we’ll progress your programming depending on your wants and needs. This package includes 2-3 full body strength workouts with accessory cardio per week for four weeks via an app to help guide you through exercises and hold you accountable. IF a month requires an additional week, there is an additional $50 fee.
